Our counselors see the best in kids, and we train them to bring it out. During training (one of the longest in the industry), counselors earn certifications in lifeguarding, CPR, wilderness first aid, and epinephrine administration, while also learning about child development, conflict resolution, and community building.
Many were once campers themselves, and they return because they believe in what Pinnacle stands for. We invest deeply in their growth because we know that when our staff feel confident, cared for, and connected, your camper will too.
